Firstly, urbanization is a stimulus to house consumption. Individual investment in housing is popular and people flooding into cities have great demand for houses. Secondly, a marked rise in resident income level enables people to buy houses of higher quality, which makes housing costs increase and prices go upward accordingly. Thirdly, there might be no lack of the real estate developers who hype up houses. However, for one thing, there’s a growing need for accommodation in large cities. For another, upgraded housing remains to be what some people pursue. Anyway we should have the right attitude toward housing prices and exert ourselves to dwell in the ideal houses as soon as possible.
