    Shichahai combine Old Beijing with modern foreign living styles. It is noted for the concentration of bars on its boardwalk in the Lotus Lane, a business block. Bars there have attracted many white-collar city dwellers and foreigners. The spectacular harmony of traditional Chinese culture and foreign influences in the bars propel many foreigners to go every week.
