               Data International To Keep Wavertree
Data International, the heavily indebted book and music retailer, has shelved plans to sell its Wavertree book (0)______to Morris Media, after the two sides failed to come to an agreement on a price. Morris Media, which had been negotiating with Wavertree for over a year, had come forward with a 【C1】______ of close to ￡200 million for the business.
