   协议或合同有多种不同的形式，可以根据实际情况灵活变通，但必须包括以下几个基本要素：
   1．Title or Reference Number of the agreement or contract：协议或合同的名称或参考号
   2．Name of the concerned parties：协议或合同方的全名
   3．Body：协议或合同的内容
   4．Signature：协议或合同各方的法人代表签字或单位盖章
   协议或合同中常用表达：  
   1．Party A and Party B have reached the following understanding．
   下方和乙方达成以下共识。
   2．Party A hereby appoints Party B as its exclusive sales agcnt in New York．
   甲方委托乙方为其在纽约的独家销售代理商。
   3．This agreement is effective from the date when both Party A and Party B have signed it.
   本协议自甲乙双方签署之日起生效。
   4．The two parties shall settle disputes through friendly negotiations．
   如有争议，双方应友好协商解决。
   5．If the terms need to be altered，the two parties shall sign a new supplemental agreement，which shall have the same force as this contract．
   如因故需要对合同进行变更、补充，则须签订补充协议作为本合同的附件，与本合同具有同等的法律效力。
   6．The two parties shall strictly follow the items in this contract．
   双方均应严格执行本合同所有条款。
   7．This agreement has two original copies，one for each party．
   协议文本一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。
   8．This contract is written in both Chinese and English，and both of which are authenuc．
   本合同以中英两种文字写成，都具有法律效用。
