If they’ve the certificates the interviewers want, they are more competent than other interviewees. Chances are that they can get the job. In my opinion, campus certificates craze is beyond reproach. Students benefit in the course of learning or attending courses to get certificates. Students should be encouraged to earn as many certificates as possible.
