答案 A Healthy Diet A healthy diet has long been said to be important in our lives. A well-balanced diet can reduce the risks of many diseases, and can even postpone our aging process. It even shows different ingredients to different groups of diet. So how far the difference among diets is can be found in the above graph. The three pie charts present the percentage of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different diets, namely an average diet, a healthy diet, and a healthy diet for sport. It is clear that a diet for sports has a relatively higher amount of carbohydrates than an average diet or a healthy diet. However, the average diet contains the lowest percentage of carbohydrates but the highest proportion of protein. To be more specific, carbohydrates make up 60% of the healthy diet for sport, which is 10% higher than those in a healthy diet, and 20% more than those in an average diet. On the other hand, only 25% of the sports people’s diet is protein, with a healthy diet increasing by 5% and an average diet rising by 15%. Fat constitutes exactly one fifth of both the average diet and the healthy diet, but the amount drops to only 15% for the healthy sports diet. In conclusion, to keep healthy, we should rely on a diet consisting of more carbohydrates, relatively less protein and even much less fat.
