Dear all,
I am contacting you regarding your recent bookings for this year’s winter lecture series. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, several of the talks have had to be rearranged, and we have now set new dates. I am attaching a timetable, which highlights the changes.
Please note that for those of you who are booked to attend the lecture on January 20, there will be a change of venue, and this lecture will now take place in the Grayson Lecture Theater. I would be grateful if you could reply stating whether or not you will still be able to attend the rearranged lectures.
