If you want to lose weight, but are not a fan of the gym, the results of a new study could offer a welcome alternative. He says there are ways to【C13】______sleep quality, such as【C14】______exercise, keeping your bedroom quiet and dark, and using beds only for sleeping. "Sleep is often a casualty of trying to do more and be better and it is often【C15】______," Professor Bailey said.

选项
A、function
B、role
C、impact
D、suspicion
答案
C
解析
该句表明的是throwing them off(摆脱它们)、not…them to get into a pattern(不让他们形成一种模式)与空格后的physiology(生理机能)的关系。have an impact on…为固定搭配,意为“对……有影响,对……起作用”,故选C项impact。
