From my perspective, the major reasons contributing to the prosperity of this business could be identified as follows. To begin with, online takeout brings great convenience to people and caters to the current quick pace of life. Its popularity helps save cooking time and free people from time-consuming housework, especially freeing housewives from daily cooking, which also meets the need of increasing career women. In addition, online takeout changes the traditional operation of catering business. Restaurants don’t necessarily need a big place to serve the consumers. And consumers can have easy access to numerous online restaurants whose menus and specifics of various dishes are vividly displayed. Merely with a click they can get what they want to taste without wasting time and energy to be present on the site in person. In conclusion, I am positive that the booming of online takeout business will benefit the great majority and more measures can be taken to stimulate the growth of this emerging industry.
