答案 Taking Part in School Activities Some students prefer to attend campus activities while others take little interest in them and spend all the time on their studies. The former bases their view on the following reasons. Firstly, they think book learning is not all their school life. Instead they should take every opportunity to get access to practical knowledge, because taking part in school activities can enhance their ability of dealing with different people and situations. Secondly, they hold that after long hours of study, they can relax themselves both physically and mentally by participating in school activities. Moreover, they can make many friends in school activities, which will certainly make their school life more meaningful and colorful. However, the later maintain that they should make full use of time to pursue their academic studies, and that school activities are very time-consuming and have nothing to do with their personal development. As far as I am concerned, I prefer the first view. We can also learn a great deal from other students in school activities. We all know book worms cannot keep up with the times any longer.
