The availability of Internet enables young people to find friends of the same interest online, but they are reluctant to talk to parents who still consider the Net as a tool used for fishing or trapping. While shortening the distance between two localities, technology is yet widening the gap between two hearts. It’s thus advisable for children to take a step forward and expound to parents how new things work and what they think of the world. Secondly, only when parents throw off their parental airs and try to listen to and understand their children can this two-way communication work. One of the factors scaring off sensitive and rebellious children is the stubbornness of parents.
