答案
Do Science and Technology Make People Lazier? There is no doubt that science and technology significantly change people’ s way of living. People can choose various transportations as they wish, stay at home shopping and even work at home. A lot of work is done by machines nowadays. So do people become lazier? Of course not! We cannot tell one is lazy or not in terms of behaviour. With the progress of science and technology, a lot of laborious work is done by machines. Consequently, people gain more time to commit themselves to professional field study that requires intelligence but not physical labor. Besides, I assume the standard for laziness is the unwillingness to think and bad attitudes to think. With the development of science and technology, people are pushed to study new technology knowledge and adopt new opinions, making them more actively to think in order to catch up with the pace of life. From this point of view, people actually become more diligent since they use their brains to think more than before!
