Zhang Yue: I couldn’t agree more. But it’s really a complex and challenging work to decide who can get it, especially when we have such a large amount of staff and so many things to take into account. Cheng Jun: Yes, that’s true. What do you think would be the important requirement? Zhang Yue: Contribution, I think. The employees who contribute more should be given the priority here.
