I would like you to establish a digital media training program based on our company’s condition. You’d better classify the clerks by offering a pre-training examination on basic knowledge of digital media and divide them into three levels: preliminary, intermediate and advanced. Draft a brief proposal to describe what should be covered in the program in terms of the three’ levels mentioned above. What’s more, possible activities and problems related to the training, such as equipment and budget, should be taken into account.
