Good morning, John. This is Amy in purchasing. I just got the order form you sent for office supplies. While I was looking at the list of materials you submitted, l noticed that a few of the items do not have cost estimates. I’m contacting you to let you know that I must have that informatioh in order to forward your request to the accounting office. If the estimates are provided by this afternoon, I can send the purchase order to the supplier by Friday morning. Should you have further questions, you can drop by my office. I’ll be in at 3 P.M. after my meeting.
