In the past, starting one’s own business cost much more than it does today. Running a business online saves costs in terms of rent, utility bills and staffs salary. Many people have realised their dream by doing e-business. Secondly, online shopping has forced owners of physical stores to change their way of thinking and doing business. As the prices of goods are usually cheaper in online stores, owners of physical stores have to think of other ways to attract and maintain their customers. I would say online shopping is definitely a game changer for all.
