The effects of climate change are likely to be seen across the entire tropical【C2】______but many areas previously considered to be【C3】______food secure are likely to become highly【C4】______to droughts, extreme weather and higher temperatures, say the researchers with the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research.
Intensively farmed areas【C5】______northeast Brazil and Mexico are likely to see their【C6】______growing seasons fall below 120 days, which is critical for crops【C7】______corn to mature. The impact could be【C10】______most in India and southeast Asia. More than 300 million people in south Asia are likely to be affected even with a 5% decrease in the【C11】______of the growing season.

C、transits
D、shifts
答案
D
