Grandparents tend to spoil grandchildren, so parents are unable to discipline their children and inculcate good habits. Therefore, when the children get in trouble, they turn to their grandparents for help. And with advancing age grandparents may not have enough energy and be able to physically do all the things that younger parents manage to do with their child. In my point of view, whenever possible a child should be raised by his or her parents, which is the best for the child.
