Woman: OK. May I ask about your occupation, Mr. Murphy?
Man: I’m a student in Cambridge University and I want to live near Sunny St.
Woman: Sunny Street. Right. Any other requirements?
Man: The rent should not be more than 120 pounds a month, including water and gas. I’d like an air-conditioner and heating system.
Woman: How long are you going to rent it?
Man: About a year and a half, from July. Then I’ll probably go abroad but it’s not decided yet.
