Training: the importance of providing training for company personnel
选项
答案
Suggested answers: a.I think providing training for company personnel is very important. There might be negative feedback on the content. Some people might say that staff training is limited value to them. It is only necessary for new staff. It is less necessary for junior staff than for them. I would like to highlight the importance of staff training. Education is the key to business success. In-service training or off-the-job training, whatever, will upgrade staff qualification, and improve their performance, and end up bringing in huge profits. Everything is changeable. Qualified personnel are the key to business success. Without personnel training, it’s impossible for the employees to keep pace with the development of high technology. b.Education is the source of profit. However, I believe that staff training is important, and it is necessary for all staff of the company. I say so because staff training will improve performance. The company is performing badly. It is largely due to low work efficiency. Some staff members lack sufficient expertise. It is imperative to conduct staff training to improve qualifications and skills of the employees. The higher qualification, the higher performance. If you do it, you can make it. If you don’t do it, you’ll get nowhere. c.Staff training is important. By staff training I mean, at present, the training program should include sessions on: communication skills, presentation techniques, time management, customer care and negotiating skills. Staff training will improve performance. In addition, staff training will enhance the company’s reputation. When the company conducts staff training and places high value on staffs career development, it will attract more qualified personnel. It will also reduce staff turnover. Keeping the experienced skilled employees means retaining a high quality workforce. Maintaining a high quality workforce means holding the key to business success. d.In my opinion, staff training is necessary because investing in training promotes staff loyalty. If the company allocates funds for in-house training, it shows that the company places high value on staffs career development, and it will delight the staff members and boost the staff moral and confidence. It will help employees keep their mind on work, thus reducing staff turnover. As for language training course, I don’t think it is necessary for the moment, since most of the employees speak English well. The training programs should focus on IT courses and International Business. The Training programs should consist of early morning sessions, one-day events and residential weekends. As for human resource officials, you may ask, what do they need to do first? I think they need to prepare a draft of training schedule, submit an estimate for the program, and design a questionnaire for participants.
