答案 The Art of Lying Life is not always as beautiful as we imagine. It’s full of difficulties, setbacks and barriers. In many cases, truth could be a dagger that hurts people. As the saying goes, "A little inaccuracy saves a world of explanation." It implies that lies are sometimes necessary. There are two obvious advantages of lying. Firstly, it makes it easier to break the news to people we care about. When trapped under a mine shaft and the air could only last for a short period of time, will telling the truth about how much time left help miners survive? The answer is "no", because the miners will most likely to lose hope and die of desperation. Secondly, it can help resolve a crisis, especially when dealing with frictions between friends, couples and families, because a word of truth may ruin the happiness but a white lie can save it. So in fact, white lies are like magic, giving us the hope to have faith in life and the belief to maintain a relationship. Although it is ridiculous to depend on lies, we should still cherish them in some circumstances.
