Hi, Ryan,
As our product demand increases so quickly, we have to enter into a negotiation with shipping companies to ship our mobile phones internationally. Actually, I talked some of the shipping companies in Victoria City and Hinton City, but I am not satisfied with their offers at all. Therefore, I’d like you to attend the Shipping Resource Fair on March 20(see attachment). While you are attending the fair, please meet as many companies as possible. Due to our limited budget, we have to find a company that can provide us with the most affordable shipping charges. I think the event of timing couldn’t be better and it costs nothing to us as well. I will give you business name cards and brochures we might want to do business with.
In addition, I think we will have no problem meeting our goal to begin marketing our products in China by May 25. Nevertheless, we need to hire more employees before that day. I will place an advertisement on our Web site within two days. I’d like to discuss this further with you, please let me know when you can meet me.
