Woman: Everley Agriculture. Can I help you?
Man: This is Jason Fitch of Gilbert Limited. Can I speak to Michael Ellis?
Woman: Sure. Hold on, please.
Man: Great.
Woman: I am sorry, but I am afraid he is not available now. May I take a message or would you like to call back later?
Man: Well, all right then. I’d like to leave a message.
Woman: OK.
Man: I installed several computerised cutting tools for the harvest from your company last month. But now, it has some faults. It doesn’t work very well.
Woman: Mmm. I see.
Man: The cutting tools just throw the fruits out, leaving the crust in the machine. The crops are greatly damaged.
Woman: I am sorry for your loss. We may send an engineer to your place firstly. And I’m sure that Michael will know your message.
Man: OK. But you do not need to send me an engineer anyway. I prefer a free replacement since these tools are still in the warranty period.
Woman: OK. I got that. I will get Mr. Ellis to contact you as soon as he’s free.
Man: Hope soon. Thank you. Bye.
Woman: Goodbye.
