   You should write approximately 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the end of your letter. Use "the Peking University "instead. You do not need to write the address.

You acknowledged our order on 20th September; however ,we haven’t received the order or any other news regarding it. We wonder if it has been overlooked. We have enough reasons to remind you of our order. Obviously, the holiday is over now. The new students will come next week and we should be ready to serve them. Your delay in delivery is now causing numerous inconveniences.
