Hi,
I received a shipment of products from you a few days ago. One of the reasons that my company uses Emerald to supply our office furniture is due to your swift delivery times. As such, we were initially extremely pleased as the shipment arrived only one day after ordering. However, we were disappointed to note that item #N11 was absent from the shipment.
