Hi,
I received a shipment of products from you a few days ago. One of the reasons that my company uses Emerald to supply our office furniture is due to your swift delivery times. As such, we were initially extremely pleased as the shipment arrived only one day after ordering. Upon opening the boxes, we were also impressed by the professional finish of items #B43, which look very striking in our boardroom. However, we were disappointed to note that item #N11 was absent from the shipment. This was disappointing as we had planned to place these items in our reception area before we open our new office next week. I tried to call your Complaints Department several times this morning, but nobody answered the phone. I would like for you to arrange these items to be sent to us by the close of business today.
