Should Students Take Physical Exercise?
选项
答案
Should Students Take Physical Exercise? Nowadays, there has appeared a heated discussion among college students as to whether they should take physical exercise. Opinions on this issue vary from student to student. Those who are in favor of taking physical exercise maintain that college students can benefit a lot from it. First of all, taking physical exercise can help students build up their strength and keep them energetic. Besides, it is an effective way to relieve pressure and keep a pleasant mood. Moreover, by doing physical activities, students can have chances to communicate with others, which can help them improve their social skills. However, some college students do not like to do sports activities. They argue that physical exercise is not a necessary part of college life. In their opinion, those activities can do nothing but waste their time. As far as I’m concerned, I prefer the former idea. Indeed, it is very unwise of college students to keep their distance from physical exercise which can do good to them. To conclude, physical exercise is beneficial to every college student, and therefore do not hesitate to do physical activities.
