It is a problem that cannot be ignored in the development of higher education. Then how to solve the problem? On the other hand, college students themselves should finish education, meanwhile, improve their comprehensive quality on and on. College students can do some part-time jobs on vacation so as to accumulate work experience for future jobs. As far as I’m concerned, it is both colleges and college students themselves who should shoulder the responsibility of employment. Moreover, college students should put themselves in a correct attitude and strive to improve comprehensive quality.
