    Still, say experts, the【C15】________should be addressed. The most essential step, says Stutsman, is for the individuals to【C16】________their feelings and the reason for their withdrawal. "Denial will only【C17】________the stress they’re feeling. "
    Stutsman also advises that【C18】________"avoidance is actually not such a bad idea. " In some situations, fulfilling social【C19】________"may be self-destructive when the best thing may be to just stay home. " The healthy【C20】________has to do with taking care of oneself.
