答案　　I’d like to talk about my former colleague Frank who impressed me most with his personality. When I worked at an English training company, Frank was a salesman from the sales department while I was a service consultant from the customer service department Despite our different responsibilities, Frank and I actually had close cooperation at work. Usually, it was the salesmen who would recommend customers which course to. buy. After they signed the contract, the service team would take over and design a study plan to suit the customers’ needs. So, Frank and I knew each other well as partners. 　　Frank stood out from the sales department, not only because he earned the "Top Sales" title frequently, but also because of his unique charm as a professional salesman. He was an excellent listener. He could identify customers’ study motivation within a couple of minutes, and then promote the course most suitable for them. His sales presentation was full of passion, making one believe that what he was recommending was the exact thing needed to change his or her life. Frank had unshaken belief in the power of education, and that belief was translated into his eloquence. 　　As a senior employee, Frank was also in charge of internal training for fresh employees, teaching them sales skills and sharing his experience in sales and in life. I’m grateful for his guidance that helped me overcome many difficulties during my probation. When business was bleak, it was Frank again who gave us pep talks. In my opinion, what makes Frank such a charming person is the fact that, above all the professional suggestions he offers you, he’s a good listener. He communicates with you wholeheartedly, respectfully and proficiently. Like other colleagues, I respect Frank very much. We still keep in touch even after I left the company years ago.
