M: Yes, Sherry, how can I help you?
W: Well, I have been getting music noises coming from your apartment and it seems like it is always during 9pm-12am when I am trying to study. Is it possible to tune down and contain the noise to your apartment then?
M: Oh, I’m so sorry about that. I hadn’t been back to my apartment for two weeks and in fact, I just got back today. It must be my new roommate then.
