As a reminder, you should all be aiming to hit the target output for your stream as well as achieving a keying accuracy of 99% and above. You should all have been given your rankings so you know how well you are performing compared with your colleagues.
As a new incentive, we will be giving bonus prizes to the top three performers each month. The employee with the best keying average for November will receive a free parking permit for a full week, the person in second will be awarded a day’s holiday, and the staff member who comes third will receive a $20 cash bonus. November’s top performers should have received an e-mail informing them of how to collect their prizes. This initiative will run for the next two months and will hopefully improve the performance of the team as a whole to meet the heavy demands of the Christmas period. Keep up the good work!
