The cartoon shows us a fat lady looking at a picture of a slender, beautiful girl. It is clear that the lady would like to be slim and beautiful, too. Although being thin is attractive, and can be of some good for your health, ladies and girls must ha cautious not to become too thin, or reduce weight too quickly, which may be otherwise rather dangerous for their health. The fat lady wanted to become slim and beautiful by dieting, but perhaps she did not think of being healthy. Truly, a slim body is different from good health. To become lose weight, the fat woman must eat less and exercise more. How ever, both of these two must be done slowly, and the fat woman cannot expect to become thin too quickly. Without enough food, she will be in poor health. And if she did exercises improperly, she may invite me other troubles. To be come healthy, she will have to eat healthier foods and do exercise regularly for a time. She cannot expect to become thin in one or two weeks, or even in one or two months. Good health is an ongoing activity. In my opinion, health is a really beautiful thing, but it is not exactly the same with health. Also, good health cannot be achieved in a few days or weeks. One must always eat well, exercise responsibly and stay strong. Beauty will crane in time if you focus on your health and do not rush.
