For example, law enforcers should check parked vehicles in case children are trapped inside. Alarms should be installed in every house to help those in desperate need. Finally, harsh though punishment seems to be, it must be imposed on negligent parents to give them an alarm bell. This can also effectively curb the wilful neglect. All in all, like the fragile flowers, children if left to scorching sun and whipping wind, would soon wither. It is our duty to protect these innocent delicacies against any hazard. In terms of this, no excuse is allowed at all!
