Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to ask for a refund or an exchange for my newly-bought cell phone in your online shop because it really disappoints me a lot. First of all, the phone I received yesterday had been obviously used by other people, because I found some pictures still left in its camera, which means it is not a brand-new one. Secondly, you promised that the product would be perfectly packed but when I received it, I was shocked that it was in loose packaging and the phone was scratched. In addition, the size of the phone is not what I imagined although it’s not your problem. All in all, I’m strongly disappointed with your product and service. Thus I request a refund or at least an exchange for a perfect one. I’m looking forward to your reply. Yours sincerely, Li Ming
