   How long should my resume be?

   Balancing Education and Experience
   If you have years of experience, don’t flood your future employer with too many details. You cannot possibly include every detail of your job(s) for the last ten or twenty years. Emphasize only those skills and positions most likely to earn you the job. Eliminate your earliest jobs that do not relate to your present employment search. You also may have to combine and condense (压缩) the skills you have acquired over many years and through many jobs.
