答案 My views on the growing overweight children There are two different opinions on the phenomenon that the number of overweight children in our country is increasing. Some people think children become overweight because they have too much fast food. While others believe that parents should be responsible for their children’s health. Which one of these two opinions on earth is reasonable? As far as I am concerned, both the fast food restaurants and the parents should be taken into consideration in preventing the children hum overweighting. It is admitted that the children would have no other places to go if they were surrounded by fast food restaurants and the high-calorie food such as hamburgers and chips. To solve this problem, the government should work out some regulations particularly for the children who are at risk of overweight. For example, they can make a rule that no fast food restaurants could be set up within 500 miles around the school in case that children can’t help buying unhealthy fast food. On the other hand, parents also should take positive measures to help their children form healthy eating habits. They should teach their children how to keep a balanced diet and thus keep healthy and fit. Only the government and theparents work hand in hand, can we prevent our children from overweighting effectively.
