Needless to doubt, young people are showing greater abilities in many aspects compared with the corresponding seniors. First of all, they are always more vigorous and creative and have sharper wit to cope with various problems. And more importantly, most of them are equipped with fine education and are easier to keep up with the melody of the in formation age. For all these superiorities, young leaders should not turn a blind eye to seniors’ experiences. It is sensible for young people to carry forward the good traditions. As for senior leaders, they ought to accept with pleasure younger leaders and pass on their knowledge and skills free from all inhibition. Steady link-up and transition of administrative powers are the keys to promote our economic and political prosperity and only in this way can our society develop steadily.
