What’s more, the smartphone addiction poses a danger to our interpersonal communication. We’ve all seen some couples sitting together in a restaurant, ignoring each other and engaging in their smartphones. To get rid of the smartphone addiction, I suggest we should be disciplined and limit our use of smartphones step by step. The following tips may be helpful: Set rules for when we can use our smartphones; turn off our phones at certain times of the day; don’t bring our phones or tablets to bedroom.
