答案 I choose topic A — what is important when meeting foreign clients for the first time. As far as I am concerned, there are three things to consider. First, I think foreign language skills are very important when meeting foreign clients for the first time. Language is a tool of communication. As long as we master foreign language skills, we could communicate with our clients successfully. A foreign language especially English is needed if the company wants to expand to the world. We can speak one or more foreign languages which will help us to have a better chance to communicate with and do business with foreign clients. Second, I believe knowledge of cultural differences is of great importance when meeting foreign clients for the first time. We all know that different people from different cultures may have different understandings of the same sentence because they know little about the target cultures. If we lack of knowledge of cultural differences, we will fail to communicate with our clients. Finally , the good manners are important for us to care about. Good manners can show our respects to them, and in return they can be friendly to us. I choose topic B — what is important when motivate senior executives. For my part, I have three elements to say. Firstly, stock option is an active choice to please the senior executives. When senior executives hold your company’s stock, they would feel that they are members of the whole company. And they are work for themselves. So they can do their best to devote to your company. In other words, the senior executives can be motivated very well. Secondly, special benefit also helps to make senior executives motivate. Take bonus as an example, if you provide a satisfied year - end bonus for the senior executives as a reward for their hard working, they would like to spend more energy on their work. At last, in the mental aspect, respect is a good method to motivate your senior executives. Expect material encourage, mental appreciation is very important for the senior executive. Respect their ideas and work styles and give them more space to develop. By doing this, we can keep them from their heart not because of benefit.
