    I was【C2】______a school bus to make ends meet and living with a friend of mine, for I had to sell my flat. I had【C3】______five interviews with a company and one day between bus runs I received a call that I did not【C4】______the job. "Why has my life become so【C5】______?" I thought painfully.
    As I pulled the bus over to【C6】______a little girl, she handed me an earring【C7】______I should keep it【C8】______somebody claimed(认领)it. The earring was painted black and said "BE HAPPY".
    At first I got angry. Then it【C9】______me—I had been giving all of my【C10】______to what was going wrong with my life rather than what was right! I then changed my way of thinking and tried to manage the stress. Before long I got a well-paid job and completely changed my life. Thanks for the little girl and the earring!
