His act wins him the appreciation from the others. In my eyes, this picture actually aims to encourage people to offer seats to those in need. In Chinese tradition, being always ready to help others is a moral act that is highly valued. Thus, offer ing seats on the bus should also be a voluntary act welcomed and appreciated by the society. For those el derly people and pregnant women, they do need more care from us, because if the bus stops suddenly, they are more inclined to fall down and get injured without a seat. Offering a seat for them is actually providing con venience for them and at the same time it can bring the helper a sense of happiness and satisfaction. In a word, it is advisable to encourage the young to offer their seats to those in need. This is an act that benefits both sides.
