It helps to keep people satisfied with the company’s management. As a result, workers are likely to be more industrious if their needs are met, and their problems are solved. Proper incentives are very effective in motivation. They will be more initiative in their daily work, which leads them to think and act in a way as if they are the owners of the company. Secondly, we should as encourage cooperative work to which we have paid little attention over the past years. Everyone should be told the necessity of learning from each other. People have to get to know no one is perfect in the world. If we really realize the importance of identifying goals and learning from each other, we may get an enormous reward on achievements.
