1. Chinar Hall is our largest venue. Sunny and spacious room can accommodate up to 250 people. Convenient for business functions and personal celebrations. Catering service is provided. As always, Hazel’s Catering Company supplies quality food for every occasion.
    Fees: $450 half day / $800 full day, additional fees for catering service.
2. Pine Hall is perfect for presentations, ceremonies and workshops. It is fully equipped with large projection screen, raised stage, podium, professional shade lights and advanced sound system. This comfortable place seats 150 people.
    Fees: $560 half day / $ 1,000 full day.
3. Teak Plaza is next to Pine Hall. It is elegant outdoor venue for dining receptions and seats 120 people.
    Fees: $ 150 for 2 hours, free with rental of Pine Hall.

Dear Mr. Collins,
I am the marketing manager at Dudley Electronics, Ltd. I hope you still remember me. We are planning to hold our trade show from March 10 to 13. Last year I booked the Chinar Hall room, where our sales staff offered 10 product demonstrations and information sessions. Approximately 800 people were in attendance at our events during the three days, with an average of about 85 people at each event. We are expecting even more visitors this year.
Last year we invited participants to attend my presentations in Chinar Hall. However, I would like to reserve a different room this time. Despite the fact that our presentations were well received, it should have been more effective in a room that had better audiovisual capabilities. Generally, people responded positively to our sessions, but we did receive several participant surveys that indicated difficulty in hearing the presentations. We want to avoid that problem this time.
