答案 Suitability Means a Good Job Nowadays one of the controversial issues arousing general concern is what is the key to a good job that every job seeker desires to find. Some believe that substantial pay or the prestige is the major factor for choosing a good career. But as far as I am concerned, actually suitability means a good job. There are several reasons responsible for my assertion. First, we can draw out our best qualities and develop our huge potentials by engaging in the work that suits our personalities. It is the capacities demonstrated in the work that make us more likely to succeed. Beside, by taking a suitable job, we can enthusiastically devote to work. Only when we have enthusiasm can we achieve success in this competitive society. Don’t forget: Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. Finally, we can derive pleasure from the job we are doing, the pleasure which is the basis to lead a meaning and fulfilled life. Based on what has discussed above, we can safely reach the conclusion that good work doesn’t mean high payment. Suitability is the most important factor. Therefore before making an occupational choice, a person should have a general idea of what job suits his personality or interest.
