The receptionist should keep a record book of the employees entitled to newspapers and each employee must sign when collecting the newspapers. 2. Newspapers should be delivered to the reception during office hours and the receptionist must check the number of newspapers delivered. 3. The receptionist should keep spare copies for those who are absent or on business trips.
