答案 Traffic Jam This is a thought-provoking picture. In the rush hour, the road becomes an enormous parking lot, with every vehicle at a standstill. But the conscientious first paramedic would not be stopped by the traffic jam. You can see they are lifting the ambulance and moving swiftly over dozens of cars. The conduct described in the picture can never happen in reality, so the lifesaving first aid would be the last aid because of the traffic jam. Traffic jam is the most serious problem in the city. As the times changed, the roads have been extended and broadened on an unprecedented scale, but the road construction always failed to keep up with the sharp increase in the number of cars. In previous years, a car was a consumer goods that Chinese families did not ever dream of, but cars are now becoming more accessible to the masses. The increasing volume of cars has been seizing limited traffic resources from public transport. Therefore, many people know well that the increase in the number of private cars would worsen the already poor traffic condition, but they see no better way out as the public transport is too underdeveloped to be trusted. Another factor that leads to the traffic jam is the absence of traffic consciousness among drivers as well as other citizens. Improving traffic is not an easy task, but where there is a will, there is a way. With effective measures, the traffic jam could disappear one day.
