You can do this tactfully by asking for other viewpoints or by summarizing the discussion and moving on to the next topic.

   Just as some people talk too much, some talk too little. In business groups, those who say little are often in positions lower than those of other group members. Your job as a leader is to encourage these people to participate by asking them for their viewpoints and by showing respect for the comments they make.
