The left is divided for 3 courses: career development, health and safety and interpersonal skills with 15, 10 and 5 hours respectively. It is naturally concluded that our company has attached too much importance to employees’ technical skills. However, as a service industry, interpersonal skills, both with our employees and with customers, are vital to our development.
