Research has shown, at least in some settings, that employees who are dissatisfied with their salary are most likely to leave their employers. Money motivates the staff to work hard. Money is the most important motivation for doing business. Without satisfactory payroll, there could be no job satisfaction. The rich people may say:“I could be happy when I had money, but sometimes even happier without. ”For the rich, the richer he becomes, the unhappier he is. For the common people, especially the underprivileged, money means everything to them.
