答案
I believe that each of us has had some unforgettable experiences in some period of our life, be they a trip or a meeting with someone. In my life, the most unforgettable experience I have had was a trip to Beijing with my parents and my grandparents — my mother’s parents. I received my admission notice to a graduate school at the beginning of this June. My parents were delighted, so were my grandparents with whom I had lived for over ten years. For celebration, my mother suggested that we go on a tour of Beijing in August. Of course, I could not have been more happy about it. The five of us spent about a week in Beijing. We visited the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. We also tasted Peking Duck and took a walk along some Hutongs. We had a happy time together. Unfortunately, my grandpa died of cancer last month, which means I have no opportunity to accompany him any more. The trip to Beijing was the last time the whole family was together. I miss him. I often see him in my dreams. I wish I could have more cherished memories with him.
